Danielle Oxnam

Danielle is a University of Arizona alum and a native Tucsonan. She started working at the University in the Compliance Office supporting a university-wide compliance review, managing the anonymous Ethics & Compliance Hotline, and coordinating the university policy process. Since joining University Initiatives & Policy in late 2019, Danielle has assisted with several campus-wide projects including the COVID-19 response, the Flexible Work Initiative, Campus Safety improvements, the Beyond Juneteenth Initiative, and several initiatives that aim to make the university a more family-friendly employer.
